Yerevan Avenue is an architectural composition to be located in the site of 1.4 hectare near Yerevan Botanical Garden, in the northern gate of capital city of Yerevan. The Avenue is an emerging concept in urban space design with the goal to boost cultural and sustainable tourism in Armenia through construction of authentic buildings, cozy streets, squares, green areas and other spots based on the main characteristics of Tamanyan's urban planning. The objectives are to contribute to enhancement of cultural heritage and provision of eco-friendly solutions by fostering traditional craftsmanship and arts; supporting the preservation of Yerevan Botanic Garden located in the neighborhood and increasing the gastronomic interest.
